Child policy:
- Free of charge for child under 6 years old, sharing bed with parent (max 2 children per room)
- Children from 6 to under 11 year old will be surcharged at VND 150.000 /night/01 child.
- Children from 11 years old is consider as adult and has to use extra bed. Max 1 extra bed per room.
Surcharge for public holidays:
Eli Rina Hotel applies surcharges for all bookings during Public Holidays (New Year 01/01; Luna New Year; Hung Kings’ Anniversary; Liberation Day 30/4; International Workers’ Day 01/05-02/05; Vietnamese Independence Day 01/09-02/09; Noel 24/12-25/12); Fireworks Events (if any).
- Adult: surcharge VND 300.000 net per adult per night.
- Child: surcharge VND 100.000 net per child per night.
Dayuse room:
- 50% contract rate will be charged for checking in after 12:00 PM and checking out before 6:00PM
- 100% contract rate will be charged for checking in before 12:00 PM and checking out after 6:00PM
Deposit
- Booking less than 05 rooms: 50% deposit of the total service booked at least 3 days prior to the check-in date
- Booking from 05 to less than 10 rooms: 50% deposit of the total service booked at least 5 days prior to the check-in date
- Booking from 10 rooms and over: Deposit policy will be applied specifically for each case
Cancellation
Booking less than 05 rooms
- Cancellation within 3 days before check-in date, charge 50% total value of the service booked
Booking from 05 to less than 10 rooms
- Cancellation within 3 days before check-in date, charge 100% total value of the service booked
Booking from 10 rooms and over
- Cancellation policy will be applied specifically for each case
- No show or early departure: 100% charge of total value of services booked
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
- Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00 noon.
- 50% room charge/night for late check-out before 18:00
- 100% room charge per night for late check-out after 18:00
